The SKC400 mixer adopts non-interventional wave shake mixing, which redistributes the molecules in the solution and mievenly by controlling the swing speed, swing Angle, swing time and other parameters. In the closed disposable liquid storage bag matched by the equipment, three different material liquid can be pre-stored and separated by the hydraulic rod.

In the process of plasmid preparation, the SKC400 mixer can be used for base lysis. When the program is running, the bacterial fluid is injected and resuspended with solution I; in the next step, the hydraulic rod lifting separates solution II, the bacterial body is cracked in NaOH and SDS solutions, and the protein and DNA are degenerated; in the last step, the hydraulic rod lifting separates solution II is neutralization with solution II, and the plasmid DNA is rapidly dissolved in the supernatant during centrifugation, thus completing the self-mixing of the three solutions.
