The SKC315 is a heating blanket type single-walled glass bioreactor, whose core components include a glass vessel, control system, stirring system, gas control system and heating/cooling system, etc. The vessel is made of boro silicate glass that is resistant to high temperatures and acids and alkalis, with good transparency and chemical stability, and can be sterilized under high temperature and high pressure. The control system includes temperature, pH and DO controllers, etc., which monitor and adjust various parameters in the reactor vessel in real time to ensure the efficient progress of the biological reaction. It is equipped with a pitched blade by default, which can generate both axial flow and radial flow simultaneously, improving the mixing effect and the efficiency of oxygen transfer,and the shear force it generates is relatively low, which helps protect sensitive cell lines from damage and improve production efficiency.
